The legendary Crack Platoon member of the Liberation War, Abul Masud Sadique Chullu died Monday at his Banani residence. Innalillahi wa innailaihi rajiun. He was 74.
State Minister for Public Administration Ismat Ara Sadique expressed her deep condolences and sorrow at the death of Abul Masud Sadique Chullu.
During the Liberation War, Chullu participated in the bomb attack in the Hotel Intercontinental in Dhaka. He is the youngest brother of former Education Minister ASHK Sadique and brother-in-law of State Minister for Public Administration Ismat Ara Sadique.
Chullu left behind his wife Yesmin Sadique, the only daughter Sanjana Sadique and many relatives and well wishers.
