Chowdhury Ashik Mahmud Bin Harun, Executive Chairman of the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA), held a courtesy meeting with visiting Bhutanese Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay in Dhaka on Saturday.
The meeting took place at a city hotel earlier this morning, according to the Press Wing of the Chief Adviser’s Office.
During the discussion, both officials reportedly exchanged views on strengthening bilateral economic cooperation and promoting investment opportunities between Bangladesh and Bhutan. The meeting underscores the continued focus of both countries on deepening trade and investment ties in the South Asian region.
