The latest figures show that since January this year, the virus has claimed 25 lives and infected 651 people across the country.
During the latest reporting period, health authorities tested 234 samples, yielding a daily positivity rate of 3.42 percent.
Since the onset of the pandemic, Bangladesh’s total fatalities have reached 29,524, while confirmed cases now stand at 20,52,196, DGHS data revealed.
